Our aim is not to make profits but rather to ease the burden by offering a (pre-paid car maintenance card) which will enable our client to allocate funds into the card upfront in order to manage all car associated cost while enjoying benefits like Fuel Discount, Loyalty Advance Fuel, Car Service Planning, budgeting and managing of car cost, Eliminate Fuel Fraud and increase profit (Fleet Gurus) and Tax Record Keeping they subscribe with us.
Motorist SA offers pre-paid car maintenance card which can be used to purchase Fuel,Oil and pay for car service, used as a Gift and Incentive. Our cards can used be used any fuel station and car services business in SA.
We intend to achieve this milestone by using a sustainable business model, innovative systems, advanced technology and great partnership with experienced businesses in the industry. Our product (car maintenance card) will be available on our website, selected from the fuel station and business partners. Customers will be able to purchase the card and fund it with any amount that will sustain them throughout the month.

We understand the challenge of high fuel prices and car maintenance expenses that comes with owning a car in SA.

Car Maintenance Car Benefits & Features:
Fuel budgeting and management- Car Maintenance Card holders will be able to allocate funds monthly onto the card making it more convenience to handle all car related expenses with one card. Our system will keep transaction records and offers monthly statements.
Eliminate Fuel Fraud and increase profit- (Fleet owners)-Customers who have more than one car, will be able to purchase more than one card and load each card for a driver. Fleet owners will be able track all transaction which will eliminate fraud and increase profit margin for the business.
Pre-paid Card loading- You are able to top up the card with any amount anytime. Whether the card is for yourself or drivers.
Car service & Oil payment-You can use the card to pay for a car services, buy oil or car parts at any retail shop in SA.
Incentive Payment- You can pay incentives or salary into the card for employees, drivers, nannies etc.
Statement Update- You are able to track all transactions of the card by accessing your statement any time.
Subscription Benefits:
Fuel Discount-All Motorist SA customers who subscribe, will enjoy fuel discount of (30%) paid back onto the card after every 6-months cycle provided they fund their cards every month. Customers will have to pay the monthly membership fees of R299 every month and will have three option to make payment:
1.Pay through subscription fees.( will deduct every month on the same day a customer subscribed)
2.monthly payment schedule with own bank.
3.monthly fees will be deducted from the funds loaded on the card every month.
Failing to make monthly payment will result in disqualification for a discount until a new 6-month cycle start and there will be no refunds.
Loyalty Advance Fuel-A customer will be to get fuel in advance (based on their average fuel purchase every month) and pay month end after a 12-months period, provided they have been no breaks in funding their cards in the past 12 months. A customer will be to send a request and Motorist SA will use their discretion based on the client records and affordability verification. A clients will have a maximum of 2 months opportunities within a 6-month cycle.

Car Service Planning-Customers will be able to fund their card with any amount every month in preparation for future car services expenses.
Gift and Incentives- Customers can receive incentives onto the card or purchase the card as gift for someone else.
Tax Record Keeping- Motorist SA will assist all customers to keep car related expenses for tax claiming purposes. Customers will have to use the card for all car expenses to enjoy this benefits.
