The cards will be available at the selected fuel station, sold by sales representatives and business partners. Motorist SA will share all information via social media and website.
2.What is required to purchase the card?
We will need your personal information, banking details and identity documents when activating the card.

4.Does it help to own a car maintenance card?
Having a Motorist SA card helps a lot to budget for fuel, car services depending on your affordability every month. There is no contract that binds you to pay a fixed amount even if you cannot afford it in some months.
5.What happens if I miss one month of not funding my card?
If you don’t fund your account every month, you disqualify yourself from enjoying the fuel discount pay out after 6 months. It is important to fund your account and keep it active by paying the monthly services fee.
6.Can I purchase more than one card?
Motorist SA offers allows one person to purchase many cards, especially for people who have many cars but he must keep them all activate and pay fees so they can enjoy discount on all cards.
7.Can I purchase the car for someone and what is required?
With Motorist SA car maintenance card, you can purchase the card for someone else as a gift or incentive. You will need to follow the ordering process but when activating the card, you will have to provide identification documents of that person and personal information including active cell phone number to receive a pin.
8.How do I get the service planning benefits?
We advise all our clients to fund their cards every month with funds that will be used for fuel and save some amount to be used for future car service needs. Clients are able to request a monthly statement to keep track of their accounts.
9.Can I withdraw cash using the car maintenance card?
No, we don’t offer that option because the aim is to assist our clients to better manage their fuel budget and enjoy the discount.
10.Does the card expire?
Yes, all our card expires after 3 years and new card will be to be purchased.
11.Do you check credit records to qualify for a Motorist SA car maintenance Card?
No, all motorists can purchase our card and use at any fuel station and car services business.
